KS T.M.A. TRAVEL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE LTD provides a Travel Medical Assistance Service that offers:
• 24/7 telemedicine access
• Coordination of local licensed doctors for accommodation visits (where available)
Important Notes
• This Service is not an insurance product and does not replace travel insurance.
• The Service is pay‑per‑use: telemedicine setup fee is included, doctor visits are paid directly to the doctor.
• Maximum policy duration: 45 days (1.5 months).
• Coverage is limited to the cities listed on the Coverage Page.
• Customers must follow the instructions provided in the Policy pack (contacts, telemedicine access).
• Customers must present their passport to the visiting doctor for identity verification.
• Refunds: Full refund before Policy email is sent; after that, refund minus €25 admin costs if unused. No refund once service is used.
• T.M.A. is not responsible for the medical advice, treatment, prescriptions, or outcomes of independent doctors or telemedicine providers.
• In‑person doctor visits require advance online payment (credit card / PayPal).
• Liability of T.M.A. is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
• Subject to force majeure (events beyond control).
• Governed by the laws of Cyprus.
