KS T.M.A. TRAVEL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE LTD (“T.M.A.”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered
in Cyprus (HE 469472, T.I.C. 6013375U), with its registered office at 52 Omonias
Street, TROODOS COURT, 1st Floor, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus. We provide a Travel Medical
Assistance Service including telemedicine access and coordination of licensed doctors
for in-person visits.

## 2. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:
• Identification data:
name, date of birth, passport number (for identity verification).• Contact data:
email address, phone number, accommodation details.• Payment data: processed securely
by third-party providers (we do not store credit card details).• Health information:
medical symptoms and history voluntarily shared for telemedicine or coordination
purposes.

• To provide the Service (telemedicine

• Contractual necessity (providing the purchased Service).• Consent (
